Nick and Diane Giulioni are successful real estate investors from Indianapolis, and they are doing some amazing things on the single-family and small multifamily side! They both started investing in real estate in 2016 and have amassed an impressive portolio that will soon reach triple-digit portfolio size! They are a power couple who maximize each others' strengths to manage all the nitty-gritty and add true value to the people of the city they have chosen as their market. Although Diane was initially hesitant, she enjoys partnering and working on the behind-the-scenes parts of the business. We talk about setting up systems for success, using your natural talents in your W-2 to work to build a sustainable business model for growing the business, and living together as a married couple.

🙋♀️ Diane: Put the time in the calendar to where you regularly communicating and talking with your partner about your goals
🙋♂️ Nick: Continue to be a learner - What small thing do most people not know about you?
🙋♂️ Nick: We are big Marvel buffs. We absolutely love all the Marvel movies
🙋♀️ Diane: We'll do just about anything to get frozen yogurts - How do you like to unwind and restore your own creative juices?
🙋♀️ Diane: I like to go outside
🙋♂️ Nick: Exercise. I like to lift heavy things - Is there something special that you and your spouse like to do together?
